You will greet guests, assess needs, and guide them to merchandise, while contributing to the store's profitability with proactive selling and styling suggestions. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, stocking displays, processing transactions, and collaborating with the team to reach sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and communicate recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, assess their needs, and help find merchandise.
• Provide styling recommendations and upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals as part of a team.
• Maintain product knowledge, pricing, and visual displays.
• Process transactions accurately on the point‑of‑sale system.
• Support inventory tasks and keep shelves organized and neat.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines; handle returns per policy.
