You will greet guests, understand their needs, help them find merchandise, and offer styling recommendations while supporting team goals. You'll strive to meet personal sales goals, participate in upselling, maintain stock and store displays, handle transactions at the point-of-sale, and assist with inventory checks.

Qualifications

• Greet guests, assess needs, and recommend merchandise.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain store standards and deliver a world-class guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, features, benefits and pricing.
• Keep shelves organized and displays visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with receiving, stock checks and inventory counts.
• Follow company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Handle returns and exchanges per policy while ensuring satisfaction.
• Must be 18+ and available to work nights and weekends.
