Responsibilities

• Greet every guest, determine needs, and assist with finding the right merchandise and styling.
• Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales targets, maintain store standards, and deliver a world-class guest experience.
• Maintain product knowledge and understanding of merchandise features, benefits, and pricing.
• Keep shelves and displays stocked, organized, and visually appealing; ensure a neat, clean store environment.
• Process transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system; assist with inventory tasks and receiving shipments.
• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and handle returns/exchanges per policy to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report to work as scheduled, and remain flexible to business needs, including nights and weekends; must be 18+.
