Job summary

Buckle in Sevierville, TN is seeking a Store Support Teammate to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests. You will greet customers, answer questions about the store and merchandise, and complete guest transactions at the POS while following Buckle policies and ethics.

This role offers flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak shopping days. No prior experience is required and training is provided to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies (payments, exchanges, security).
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts and handle situations accordingly.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks, displays, pricing, and transfers (up to ten feet).
• Keep store clean, organized, and shoppable, reflecting Buckle’s mission.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and all policies and handbooks.
• Support the mission through high guest service and positive team spirit.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
