Job summary

RaceTrac, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to join our guest-focused team. You’ll keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly while providing friendly service at the register or self-checkout.

This role offers flexible scheduling, the potential for part-time or full-time careers, and opportunities for growth through on‑the‑job training. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, engage with guests, and support store operations from stocking shelves to ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and teammates with a smile and respond promptly and courteously to both.
• Operate the cash register or self-checkout and process transactions accurately.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas to maintain stock levels and freshness.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and assist in inventory management.
