Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Able to communicate with customers and fellow employees.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• While performing duties, employee may lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchens, cooking preparation areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean, sanitary condition per OSHA/ServSafe standards.
• Remove garbage and trash; place refuse in designated pickup area.
• Operate mechanical cleaning devices such as scrubbers and dishwasher.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas and food storage areas.
• Stock serving stations with utensils and supplies.
• Maintain safe working conditions and personal hygiene; wear proper uniforms.
• Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience in guest contact positions.
