Scenic Stays in Destin, FL is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Specialist to orchestrate flawless stays from check-in to check-out, delivering friendly, reliable service at the front desk, and coordinating unit maintenance as needed.

This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role offers hourly wages between $16 and $18, opportunities for growth toward permanent status, and benefits if converted. Knowledge of the local area and strong communication are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Wage: $16 - $18 per hour based on experience and achievement

Benefits:

This seasonal position does not currently qualify for benefits, however, the candidate selected does maintain the possibility of becoming a permanent team member. In that case, the position would qualify for the following benefits:

Schedule: Full-time 40-hour work week, weekends and holidays as needed, through Labor Day and possibly beyond.
