Job summary

Highlands Sports Complex is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to provide excellent guest service across guest services, food/beverage, and events. This part-time role reports to the General Manager in Triadelphia, WV and requires a flexible schedule and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, supporting events from setup to takedown, operating a cash drawer, and resolving guest concerns while maintaining high service standards. Salary is $10–$12 per hour.

• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interacting and assisting guests as needed.
• Assist with events from set up to take down.
• Perform various tasks related to scheduled work area.
• Operate and balance a cash drawer.
• Resolve all guest concerns and/or direct to appropriate Manager.
• Complete special projects and daily assignments as directed by management.
