Job summary

Dash In is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member in Concord, NC. The role offers full-time or part-time status with a pay rate of $15.00-$18.00 per hour (+$1/hr overnight).

You will deliver outstanding service, stock shelves, keep the store clean, and support the team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, retail customer service experience, and flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or ability to complete GED program.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service and manage transactions with a positive Dash In image.
• Restock shelves and keep displays organized and accessible.
• Maintain a clean store including restrooms and parking areas.
• Support the team across cashiering and porter tasks.
• Handle cash accurately following company policies.
