Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member in Concord, NC. This role is available as full-time or part-time with a pay rate of $15.00-$18.00 per hour, plus a $1 fringe for overnight shifts. You will welcome guests, handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete our company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.
