Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate checkout standards.
• Ability to engage customers and explain store programs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling
• Educate customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
• Help with truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance
• Maintain in-stock conditions and complete store recovery
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
