Job summary

Walgreens in United States is seeking a Customer Experience associate to greet customers, assist with products, and provide friendly checkout service. You will operate cash registers, process transactions, and help maintain displays and inventory across the store.

Preferred candidates have some retail experience and can work evenings/weekends; English fluency is required. Prior Walgreens experience is a plus as is knowledge of store systems and photo services.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in retail.
• Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate assigned cash register and provide courteous, efficient checkout service.
• Recommends items and upsell, handles returns, exchanges and payment processing.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and merchandised; assist with inventory and price checks.
• Provide customer service in photo area and web pick-up responsibilities; assist with store maintenance and policy compliance.
