Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining clean shelves, processing returns, and supporting display setups while upholding store policies and safety rules. Previous retail exposure helps, with English fluency a must for customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Assist customers with products, services, and questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Replenish shelves, maintain cleanliness, and support store operations as needed.
• Process returns, exchanges, rain checks, and refunds per policy.
