Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous checkout service and handle sales transactions.
• Assist customers with product questions and recommendations.
• Maintain clean, stocked shelves and organized displays.
• Support photo area services like digital passport photos and poster printing.
• Process returns, exchanges, rain checks, and refunds as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local laws on regulated products (e.g., tobacco, alcohol).
• Support web order pickup and in-store order fulfillment.
• Keep store assets secure and follow loss prevention procedures.
