Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

As a part-time associate, you will be on the front lines helping customers, supporting store operations, and ensuring merchandise is properly received and stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical duties (standing, walking, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
