The TownePlace Suites in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a part-time Guest Services Representative to greet guests, handle reservations, and provide local information. The role includes assisting with arrivals and departures, operating the switchboard, and handling related financial transactions.

The position requires weekend and holiday availability, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and a starting pay of $15.40 per hour, with potential increases based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong math, reading and communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests and inquiries.
• Take, modify, and cancel guest reservations.
• Communicate hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Provide information on local area and points of interest.
• Assist guests with arrivals and departures.
• Answer front desk phone.
• Cash handling.
