Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes guests, provides information about the garden's facilities, events, and exhibits.
• Monitors guest feedback and suggests improvements to enhance the experience.
• Responds to guest inquiries and handles complaints promptly and courteously.
• Communicates customer feedback to management and supports events and cross-department initiatives.
