Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Mason, OH is seeking a Guest Services Associate to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience in a fast-paced retail setting. This part-time role (25 hours or less per week) may include 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift and pays $12.50–$14.50 per hour.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to work weekends and holidays as needed. You will greet guests, operate the POS and gas console, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, safe store.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests with a warm, authentic hello, ensure store is prepared and ready for Guests at all times, anticipate needs of Guests and provide assistance to ensure each Guest leaves satisfied with the intention to return to our store.
• DipSide Guest Services: Preparation of shakes/malts, cups/cones of ice cream/yogurt, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Operate Point of Sale System and Gas Console: properly authorize and process transactions, handle coins/currency/checks/credit cards/coupons/food stamps, and make change.
• Stock merchandise and maintain presentation; rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain security and awareness to minimize loss; follow cash handling procedures and Tobacco/Alcohol policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store and equipment; monitor temperatures and lighting.
• Complete time records and Customer First Document accurately.
• Additional duties as assigned by Management.
