First Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative in Chicago, IL. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met throughout the stay.

You will engage with guests, handle requests, and coordinate with departments to guarantee a smooth experience. The role requires strong communication, a guest-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or related industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in primary language used in the workplace.

Responsabilités

• Welcome arriving guests and complete the hotel’s arrival/check-in experience, ensuring special requests are fulfilled.
• Engage with guests to uncover expectations and unrealized needs.
• Communicate with guests via phone or electronic channels in line with brand standards.
• Promote hotel brand loyalty programs and offer suitable rate packages and upgrades.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to deliver timely guest fulfillment and resolve issues.
• Listen to guests and address concerns; solicit feedback for improvements.
• Maintain professionalism consistent with brand and company expectations.
• Know and communicate hotel emergency procedures to assist guests.
