SmartStyle Hair Salon is seeking a skilled Stylist to deliver high-quality hair services and exceptional guest experiences. You will perform cuts, color, and other services while providing consultations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced salon.

The role requires a valid cosmetology or barber license, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and comfort with basic administrative tasks. Must enjoy engaging with clients and contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Tech-savvy and capable of handling administrative tasks, such as closing out the POS system.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and understand guest needs.
• Perform services requested in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and assist with daily operations.
• Close out transactions and assist with end-of-day procedures.
