Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service in hospitality or related field.
• Prior hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and hotel systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities
