As a Winner's Circle team member, you greet guests with enthusiasm, guide them through the midway, assist with questions, and help create a positive first impression while maintaining quick, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Willing to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assists the Guest with all requests and answers questions as needed and makes recommendations on items.
• Provides game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Ensures everything was satisfactory and invites Guests to return.
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other team members to foster teamwork.
