Qualifications

• Minimum front desk experience in hospitality or hotel setting.

• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide upscale guest service experiences throughout stay.

• Coordinate luggage and storage.
• Handle reservations and financial transactions at check-in/out.
• Address guest requests promptly and resolve complaints.
