Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking Store Associates to ensure a clean, stocked, and welcoming store environment in Texas. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced team, perform cashier or self-checkout duties, and help customers with product recommendations to boost satisfaction.

Flexible scheduling is offered, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for advancement as the company promotes from within and provides hands-on training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an Exceptional Guest Experience.
• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Help keep our stores stocked and fresh.
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow all safety regulations.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed.
• Keep the store clean and organized inside and out.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
