Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a friendly dining associate to support guest experiences at our venue in New Bedford, MA. You will garnish and serve food, reset tables, and assist guests with seating and takeout orders.

You will answer phones for reservations, monitor guest satisfaction, and help resolve issues with polite, proactive hospitality. This is a tipped position, offering flexible schedules and growth opportunities within a guest-first team.

Responsibilities

• Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Garnish and run food to tables.
• Quickly and efficiently clean and reset tables.
• Help seat guests at the front.
• Answer phones for takeout and reservations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with each guest regularly and anticipating their needs.
• Handle guests’ complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues PLUS ONE to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
