Job summary

RaceTrac, Inc. is hiring a Store Associate in Florida to be at the heart of the guest experience. You will help keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly, with opportunities for part-time flexibility or a full-time career.

The role includes hands-on training in a fast-paced team environment and a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will assist at the register, restock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and support safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress)
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus
• A team player who takes initiative and enjoys working with people
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and teammates with a smile, responding promptly and courteously
• Respond to management directions and work across store areas
• Prepare, handle, and serve food in accordance with safety standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
• Inform guests about promotional items to drive engagement
