RaceTrac is hiring Store Associates in Florida to deliver an exceptional guest experience at the register or self-checkout, keep shelves stocked, and maintain clean, safe store environments. You will participate in inventory, assist guests, and work in a fast-paced team setting.

The role emphasizes friendly service, physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs, and adherence to safety and food-handling rules. Eligibility includes a high school diploma or GED and a willingness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress)
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations

Responsibilities

• Delivering an Exceptional Guest Experience—Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed to keep items available and fresh.
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow all safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
• Rings up guests on cash register and balances cash and inventory transactions.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service and escalate issues when needed.
