Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive top-notch guest experiences and support store-level tasks. The role involves greeting guests, operating the POS, maintaining safety and cleanliness, replenishing stock, and coordinating with management on guest and vendor needs.

Responsibilities include inventory tasks, vendor check-ins, and aiding onboarding for new hires. Flexible hours, ability to work outdoors or in coolers, and physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs are

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work in varying temperatures, outdoors and in coolers.
• Ability to count, read and write accurately for paperwork.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to store management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as directed by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
