Global Partners LP is hiring a Guest Service Associate to drive a top-notch guest experience and complete store tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain cash levels, stock shelves, and support vendor interactions.

You should be available for flexible hours, perform basic computer tasks, and have reliable transportation. This role involves outdoor/temperature-varied work and physical tasks up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to operate the POS and handle cash securely.
• Comfort with stocking duties and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS; maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Perform housekeeping and stocking duties.
• Replenish products and ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests to management and assist vendors.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Support management with additional tasks as needed.
• Minors may only use OSHA-approved knives.
