Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to elevate guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet customers, process sales, and help maintain a clean, stocked store environment.

The role requires flexibility for shifts, basic computer use, dependable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. You will assist with onboarding and support management with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to read and write to complete required paperwork.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale; manage cash, lottery and tobacco levels as applicable.
• Complete store housekeeping duties (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and stock ensuring in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
