• Attends to customer service problems or complaints; notifies manager as needed.
• Verifies opening reading and bank; counts cash and reconciles drawer.
• Notifies Manager of deletions, over rings or equipment problems.
• Ensures product holding times are observed.
• Rotates and displays products attractively.
• Keeps display case interior and exterior clean at all times.
• Stocks the service area with napkins, cups, lids, etc.; maintains iced tea supply.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
