Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with orders, and keep the store welcoming and well-maintained. You will handle purchases, fuel/gift cards, and ID verification for restricted items, while upholding quality service and a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to meet needs quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items (breakfast, build-to-order sandwiches, beverages, pizzas) and keep coffee station clean.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are stocked and shelves are fresh, full, and inviting.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following policies and guidelines.
• Perform general housekeeping such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
