Job summary

TXB Market and Food Stores Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate at our Paris, TX location. The role supports store management with a variety of tasks, including cashiering, customer service, and housekeeping, to ensure a superior guest experience.

The ideal candidate embraces teamwork, multitasks in a fast-paced environment, and helps guests with questions while maintaining store standards and policies. Flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is necessary.
• Successful completion of on-the-job training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged standing and working on cash registers or related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the location and assist with questions or price discrepancies.
• Operate cash registers and balance cash at the beginning and end of shift.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Process returns and exchanges according to store policy.
• Replenish products and supplies to keep stock levels.
• Check in vendors according to corporate procedures.
