Job summary

• Strong communication and selling skills.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and understand information and directions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and provide friendly interactions.
• Prepare products for sale (icing, decorating, labeling).
• Maintain product quality and freshness.
• Assist in bakery clerk functions when needed.
• Keep the cooler, freezer, prep and sales areas clean.
• Rotate icings and manage frosting supplies.
• Follow cake production sheet and use the cake manual.
• Communicate guest requests and temperature issues to management.
• Announce specials on the PA system.
• Support inbound product receiving and storage.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Support Front Porch duties to ensure guest arrival standard.
