Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is hiring a Guest Services Associate for a 3rd shift in Burlington, KY. This part‑time position (25 hours or less per week) requires you to greet customers, operate the POS and gas console, prepare DipSide items, stock and maintain store cleanliness, and follow safety procedures.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to communicate in English. Reports to the Store Manager and may work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years old.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform basic math for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Prepare DipSide items and scoops.
• Efficient operation of POS system and gas console, handle transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, ensure proper display and rotation of products.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and security procedures.
• Assist with shift duties and report to Store Manager.
