Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive a top-notch guest experience while completing all store-level tasks. The role emphasizes customer care, safety, and reliable operations in a convenience store environment.

You will greet guests, operate the POS, replenish stock, monitor cash and tobacco levels, and coordinate with management on guest needs and vendor concerns. Flexible hours, occasional nights and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to established safety, security, quality and store operations policies and practices.
• Operate the point of sale; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Perform store housekeeping duties (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to store management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as directed by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
