You will work to maximize guest satisfaction while following brand standards and local regulations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of guest service experience; the base pay starts at $18 per hour with weekly payroll and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years guest service experience preferred in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer focused approach.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations and process special requests.
• Assist guests with reservations and local information in a friendly, timely manner.
• Know hotel property, local attractions, hours of operation of outlets and services.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and support service recovery.
