Job summary

Global Partners LP invites applications for a Guest Service Associate to greet guests and deliver a high-quality shopping experience while maintaining store standards and safety. The role includes POS operation, cash handling, and routine store tasks in a dynamic retail environment.

Flexibility is required to work day, night, weekends, and holidays. You must have reliable transportation, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform routine store tasks.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, reach, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to read, count, and write to complete required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the POS and maintain proper cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete housekeeping and replenishment to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires as needed.
