Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Kentucky is seeking a Guest Services Associate to deliver outstanding customer service as part of a part-time team. You will greet Guests, process transactions at the POS and gas console, stock shelves, and maintain store safety and cleanliness.

The role requires good communication, basic arithmetic, and the ability to work flexible shifts. The position notes a pay range of $12.50 to $14.50 per hour, with hours of 25 or fewer per week, and eligibility for applicants 16

Qualifications

• Ability to provide outstanding customer service and communicate clearly.
• Ability to operate the point-of-sale system and gas console.
• Attention to cash handling and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide the UDF Hi Five Guest experience; greet Guests warmly and ensure the store is ready for Guests.
• Prepare and stock items as needed (dip sides/ice cream; beverages).
• Operate POS and gas console, handle transactions and make change.
• Stock shelves, maintain clean and organized store, check item dates.
• Maintain awareness to prevent theft and follow security procedures.
• Assist with maintenance and reporting duties as assigned by management.
