Responsibilities

• Provide courteous guest service in person or by telephone and direct callers to the appropriate department.
• Operate cash register and assist guests with self-checkouts; process various product transactions.
• Handle credits, refunds, lottery ticket sales, money orders/transfers and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked department and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Notify leads of pricing, cash register, or other operational issues; follow all PPE guidelines.
