Qualifications

• Ability to smile, acknowledges, greet and extend a warm welcome to each customer.
• Maintain high standard of cleanliness of work area, personal appearance, organization, etc.
• Communicate effectively in English in both written and oral forms.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests entering or exiting the hotel or garage with warm, 5-star service.
• Process valet parking fees using modern parking software.
• Answer phones with a smile and assist guests as needed.
