Job summary

Burger King - 2891 - Fair Oaks Blvd is seeking a team member to deliver a high level of customer service at the front counter or drive-thru, including taking orders and processing payments. Training is provided for a fast-paced environment and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Math ability: Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Knowledge of order processing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Requests customer order and uses POS to record order and compute bill at front counter or drive-thru.
• Selects food items and assembles items on serving tray or in takeout bag.
• Notifies kitchen personnel of shortages or special orders.
• Serves hot/cold food, beverages, or desserts.
• Receives payment.
• Cooks or performs other duties to prepare food and maintain clean areas.
• Demonstrates a friendly and cooperative manner with customers.
