Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hospitality company, seeks a Guest Services Representative for the Cobblestone Beulah, ND property. You will greet guests, handle check-ins and inquiries with warmth and accuracy.

This on-site role pays $15 per hour and requires friendly, professional service, efficient problem solving and knowledge of local area services to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and register them.
• Accept payment, manage house bank and report receipts.
• Issue keys, post charges and manage safety deposit boxes.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with reservations, check-ins and check-outs.
• Provide area knowledge and assist with luggage and wake-up calls.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with shuttle service when applicable.
• Promote the guest program and recognize members.
• Handle messages, wake-up calls and mail.
• Follow SOPs and collaborate with team to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain courtesy, professionalism and positive attitude at all times.
