This role involves cleaning guest rooms and public areas to brand standards, restocking amenities, and assisting with laundry duties as needed.

The position requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication skills to provide warm, knowledgeable service to guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with major hotel cleaning standards (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to established standards.
• Restock supplies and amenities in rooms.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist laundry by handling soiled linen and folding clean linen.
• Maintain a clean and orderly storeroom and carts.
