Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Service Team Associate in Bakersfield, CA. You’ll greet guests, take orders, serve food, and handle payments at the cash register while maintaining a clean, welcoming store.

This role supports a fast-paced kitchen and may work at front counter, drive-through, or kitchen stations. Training is provided; benefits include flexible schedules, free meals, health and retirement options, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team members.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school; Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional dining experience to Guests – Greeting Guests, Serving food and handling payments at cash register.
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Follows Operations Standards and Safety Procedure to serve fresh and quality food.
• Works efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment and may work at Front counter, Drive Through or Kitchen.
• Collaborates with team to meet daily goals in a positive environment.
