Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of front-of-house management experience.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Train, supervise, and schedule service staff.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest concerns or complaints.
• Monitor dining area cleanliness and presentation, ensuring health/safety compliance.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.
• Manage inventory of service-related supplies and place orders as needed.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and tracking sales or service performance.
