Job summary

Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a Service Manager to oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, lead and train service staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across our Nashville, TN, and other locations.

You will maintain high hospitality standards, handle guest concerns, ensure health and safety compliance, manage inventory and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver accurate and timely service. LC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three (3) years of related front‑of‑house management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Train, supervise, and schedule service staff to maintain standards.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest concerns.
• Monitor dining area cleanliness and compliance with health/safety regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and tracking sales or service performance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of service team members.
