Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served and the crew is well-trained to provide excellent service. The role includes keeping the line orderly, monitoring safety, and assisting with various office tasks when needed.

You will support crew training, schedule coordination, and future leadership development while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity values, in a fast-paced restaurant

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and record-keeping.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment; supervise the crew on the line.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and assist with tasks when not busy.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with office administration duties.
• Ensure office equipment functions and supplies are stocked as needed.
