Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store-level tasks. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and efficient operations.

You will greet guests, operate the point-of-sale system, manage cash and inventory, replenish shelves, and coordinate with management and vendors. A flexible schedule and commitment to ongoing training are expected.

Formación

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale in line with corporate standards; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
