Wawa is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, prepare a range of food items, operate the register, and assist with fuel and ID verification. The role contributes to a friendly, efficient, and secure store environment.

As part of the Wawa team, you will help keep shelves stocked, maintain clean facilities, and follow all policies. This entry-level position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and exemplary customer service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following all established policy, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.
